£910 per calendar month plus bills. Literally moments away from Hoxton Square and in the heart of Shoreditch, this flat is in the best location in London (EC1V 9LA) and you would be sharing the flat with just one other person. We also have a celebrity neighbour. Well secured, privately owned property (not ex-council) with private access to an outdoor space and nice little garden, all let through an agency (so no shady landlord).
It is a good sized double room with a big double bed, a wardrobe and set of drawers and plenty of space for more. West facing, it has great lighting from 2 large bay windows in the afternoon and is bright and light. With lovely hard wooden floors and white walls, window sill for your pot plants as well as plenty of power sockets. It comes furnished, but we can get rid of any furniture you don't need and there is ample space in the lounge to stash away other things.
Nice kitchen with ample room for cooking. Has a washing machine, a brand new fridge freezer, juicer, oven and gas hobs.
The bathroom has a big bath tub and a good powered shower. (Yes! A bath tub)
Studio / Lounge
Large separate lounge / studio / dining room where you can chill, paint, play games, watch movies, eat dinner etc. This room would make ideal office space as well. You are welcome to put stuff in there too so you can have more stuff than can fit in the bedroom.

The current flatmate
That would be me then. I'm a thirty something year old guy, living in London for 13 years and in this particular flat for 4 years. I work in the technology and music sectors, creative (nerdy) stuff mainly. My interests include music, art and making stuff. I am easy to talk to, quiet & respectful and think of myself as considerate and friendly :)
